Jaguar XF X250 SV8 4.2 Supercharged | Enthusiast’s car | Extensively maintained With a heavy heart, I am offering my Jaguar XF X250 SV8 4.2 Supercharged for sale. I have driven the car for about 1.5 years with great pleasure and as an enthusiast, and during that time I have put a lot of attention and money into it. The car has driven 246.xxx km. Despite the mileage, a great deal of preventive maintenance has been carried out in recent years. Invoices and/or proof of all work are available. Maintenance & mechanics Among others, replaced or carried out: • Water pump • Electric intercooler/supercharger water pump • Thermostat + O-rings/seals • 2 radiator coolant hoses • Valley pipes/coolant hoses under the supercharger were replaced about 3 years ago by the previous owner, proof available • Throttle body • Complete PCV system including all hoses and PCV valve • 2 original MAF sensors • Air filters • Serpentine belt + tensioner + idler pulleys • Supercharger belt + tensioner + idler pulleys • Supercharger oil • Coolant expansion tank + cap The other fluids have also been addressed: • Engine oil + filter every ±8,000 km • Last engine oil + filter ±1,000 km ago • Automatic transmission oil + filter • New automatic transmission sump pan + gasket • Differential oil • Brake fluid • Coolant • Power steering fluid Suspension, tires & brakes • 4 new tires, about 1,000 km ago • New brakes, about 1,000 km ago • 2 control arms replaced Performance The SV8 is equipped with: • 6% smaller supercharger pulley • Powerhouse Stage 1 software tuning • Sport catalytic converters • Upgraded electric intercooler pump The current setup is good for about 470 hp and nearly 700 Nm. As a result, the car is of course significantly faster than a standard SV8. Condition The exterior is neat and well cared for and still sits very nicely and tightly in the paint. The interior naturally shows some signs of use that are consistent with its age and mileage. I also want to be fully transparent about the points of attention: At the moment the car is losing coolant. The exact cause has not yet been determined and this needs to be investigated. In addition, the tire pressure warning light is on one of the tire pressure sensors will need to be replaced. The car is therefore honestly offered in this condition. Reason for sale The car does not necessarily have to go. I have actually enjoyed it a lot and cared for it as an enthusiast. Due to my new job, I now have to drive about an hour there and an hour back every day. With this V8, unfortunately, that is no longer cost-effective and I currently do not have the option of keeping a second car alongside it. I am therefore mainly looking for an enthusiast who is specifically looking for a 4.2 SV8 and appreciates the maintenance history and specification. Extensive maintenance history and invoices are available and can be viewed in case of serious interest. No rush to sell and no interest in unrealistic offers from dealers.
