Introduction

Pactly Car ('we') operates a car marketplace connecting buyers and sellers across Belgium and Europe. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it. Last updated: 2026.

Data we collect

Account (name, email, account type), listings you post, messages exchanged with other users, usage data (searches, favorites) and technical data (device, IP address, cookies). This data is never sold to third parties.

Sign in with Apple

If you use 'Sign in with Apple', we receive a unique identifier, your name and an email address (which may be an Apple private relay). No password is stored.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Permanent account deletion is available from Profile → 'Delete my account': the action is immediate and irreversible, and erases your account, your listings and your messages.

We use technical and analytics cookies, which you can manage from your browser.
