Hello everyone, I am hereby selling my Smart Fortwo Passion Coupé, year of manufacture 2004, with 61 hp and currently approx. 118,000 km - accident-free. The Smart is well cared for and clean inside. Externally, it is in age-appropriate condition. It has small parking dents on the rear left and rear right side (see the last 2 pictures). It was already like this when I bought it. Features: Passion, air conditioning, electric windows, central locking, alloy wheels, ABS/ESP and airbags. January 2026 - new battery MOT is expired! My Smart has always reliably taken me from A to B, so I am only selling it because I am getting a company car. I would have liked to sell it with a fresh MOT, but unfortunately it did not pass due to the following: • front spring broken * all 4 tires need to be replaced Non-relevant MOT items: * sometimes needs 2–3 start attempts * tailgate does not stay up (gas strut needs to be replaced, approx. €30) * air conditioning needs to be recharged It passed the emissions test at the MOT. I bought the Smart a few years ago already with a broken gas strut, as it never bothered me personally. If desired, the buyer can of course have this replaced. Viewing and test drive possible by arrangement. Private sale excluding liability for material defects, insofar as legally permissible.
