Unique Volkswagen T3 Mini-Camper (1986) – 1.6 TD – Officially approved as 7+1 & Tax-free in the Netherlands! Ideal project for the enthusiast, with two unique features that make this van extra valuable: • Seats: The van is officially registered as 7+1 (8 seats on the registration document). Very rare and perfect for RDW import. • • Tax-free: Year of manufacture 1986 (before 1988), so in the Netherlands it is fully and permanently exempt from road tax (MRB), including for diesel! When importing, you also pay 0 euros BPM. After 12 years of road trips (12 countries, rally, TV set), we are looking for a new owner because we are losing our workshop. Technical highlights & maintenance: • Engine: 1.6 TD. In 2017 the diesel pump was overhauled by Van Rompaey, incl. new turbo, starter and alternator. • Transmission & brakes: Long 4-speed gearbox (cruises smoothly at 100-110 km/h). Brakes incl. lines and calipers completely renewed in 2020. • Mileage: approx. 143,000 km.
