With a heavy heart, we are selling our VW T4 Multivan with high roof, which accompanied us reliably on many journeys for many years. Since we now only use it 2–3 times a year, we would like to pass it on to someone who will be out and about with it more often again. Until 2020, the T4 was used only as a second car, was not driven in winter, and was always kept in the garage. Maintenance & Technology • Timing belt & water pump 2022 • Exhaust largely renewed 2024–2026 • Serpentine belt, glow plugs & all filters 2026 • Serpentine belt tensioner occasionally squeaks • A repair/rebuild of the steering gearbox is likely to be needed in the medium term; currently still perfectly drivable Condition Good rust condition for its age; any existing rust spots have been treated regularly. The body has dents and signs of use due to age and use. Not a restored collector’s vehicle, but a well-kept and much-loved T4.
