First-generation V-MAX; a very special unit. The improvements include an engine upgraded to 1510 cc (with 20,000 km), fully adjustable high-end WP suspension, top-level modified brakes (metal braided lines, 6-piston calipers and 320 mm Galfer discs), a lightweight BBR single-sided swingarm, lightweight Marchesini wheels (from a Ducati 916), a full titanium Yoshimura Tri-Oval exhaust system, a Dyna 3000 ECU for custom power mapping and a Stack racing instrument cluster with multiple display configurations. It features Rizoma components —including footpegs, levers, handlebars, license plate holder, taillight and brake and clutch master cylinders— as well as Nology wiring to prevent amperage losses. The frame is reinforced with a brace and the bike is equipped with special Keihin carburetors with custom intake manifolds and a reinforced clutch. It is homologated for two seats. The preparation was carried out by Cannes Service in France with no expense spared and using the best components available; the original cost of the build far exceeds the current sale price.
