Hello, I am selling my 2011 Fiat Ducato 2.3L, with only +- 95,000 km (mileage may increase). It is a versatile vehicle, used both for my carpentry work and for trips when fitted out as a camper van. 🚐 Mechanics & general condition: - 2.3L engine (Iveco engine, known for being virtually indestructible and very reliable). - Maintenance always carried out on time (invoices available). - Recent expenses: new tires, major service completed, new bulbs. No expenses to be expected, it is ready to hit the road! - Technical inspection valid until August 2027 and sales inspection provided after deposit. 🌲 Vanlife conversion (simple & optimized): - The insulation has been carefully done (Armaflex 19 and 22mm + acoustic insulation) for optimal thermal and sound comfort. - Electricity (great autonomy): 400W MPPT Victron solar panel, 150Ah battery, 12V - 230V converter for 350w Victron, numerous USB/12V sockets and LED lights. - Comfort: Autoterm heater (ideal for winter, maintenance to be carried out), Dometic electric fridge, Cadac gas stove + large cylinder. - Layout: swiveling passenger seat, sliding tables, large bed (200x110cm) with storage underneath + dry toilet. - The big plus: the side cabinet is removable. You can turn the van back into a pure utility vehicle to load bulky equipment. 📝 Important information: Euro 4 vehicle: it can no longer enter the Brussels LEZ (except for a paid exemption of 350€/year). Ideal for someone living outside the capital or for traveling. Reason for sale: change of professional activity and obtaining a company vehicle. Very sound vehicle, ideal for a single person looking for great comfort or for a traveling couple, or a tradesperson looking for space and comfort.
