Account deletion — Pactly Car

These instructions apply to “Pactly Car”: the mobile application (Android and iOS) and the website www.pactlycar.be. For any question: info@pactlycar.be.
How to delete your account
Steps
- From the Pactly Car mobile app: open the app, go to your Profile, then tap the account deletion option (“Delete my account”) and confirm.
- From the website www.pactlycar.be: sign in, go to your Profile, then click “Permanently delete my account” and confirm.
- By email: write to info@pactlycar.be from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We confirm receipt and deletion by email.
What is deleted
Your account, your profile (name, email, phone), your published listings, your photos, your messages, your favorites and your saved searches.
What is kept, and why
Invoices and billing data related to your purchases (featuring, urgent sale) are kept for 7 years, due to the Belgian accounting obligation, then deleted.
Timeframe
Deletion is effective no later than 30 days after your request.
No other retention
No other data is kept beyond this.
