These instructions apply to “Pactly Car”: the mobile application (Android and iOS) and the website www.pactlycar.be. For any question: info@pactlycar.be.
What you can delete yourself, right away
From the app or the website, in your account area, you can delete your listings, your photos and your favorites yourself, at any time.
What you can request by email
Steps
- Write to info@pactlycar.be from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject “Data deletion”.
- Specify the data to delete: name, email, phone, photos, listings, messages, saved searches.
What is kept, and why
Invoices and billing data related to your purchases (featuring, urgent sale) are kept for 7 years, due to the Belgian accounting obligation, then deleted.
Timeframe
Deletion is effective no later than 30 days after your request.
