Hello everyone, I am selling my Smart Fortwo Passion Coupé, year of manufacture 2004, with 61 hp and currently approx. 118,000 km - accident-free. The Smart is well kept and clean on the inside. Externally, it is in condition appropriate for its age. It has small parking dents at the rear left and right respectively (see the last 2 pictures). That is how I bought it. Features: Passion, air conditioning, power windows, central locking, alloy wheels, ABS/ESP and airbags. January 2026 - new battery MOT is expired! My Smart has always reliably got me from A to B, which is why I am only selling it because I am getting a company car. I would have liked to sell it with a new MOT, but unfortunately it did not pass due to the following issues: • Front spring broken * all 4 tires need to be replaced Non-relevant MOT items: * sometimes needs 2–3 start attempts * tailgate does not stay up (gas strut needs to be replaced, approx. €30) * air conditioning needs to be recharged It passed the emissions test at the MOT. I bought the Smart a few years ago already with a broken gas strut, as it never bothered me personally. If desired, the buyer can of course have it replaced. Viewing and test drive possible by arrangement. Private sale excluding liability for material defects, insofar as legally permissible.
