Suzuki TL1000S 1997 • 48,000 km • Restored 1997 Suzuki TL1000S, first year of the model, with 48,000 km. Very well cared-for unit, with a deep mechanical restoration carried out at a specialist workshop and photographs of the entire process. Engine rebuilt internally, valve adjustment, new EBC Aramid clutch, injection serviced and cleaned, water pump, and replacement of gaskets and seals. Suspension completely overhauled: fork with springs, oil, seals, and bushings; rear shock rebuilt by a specialist in Valencia to improve one of the known weak points of this model. Swingarm and linkage bearings replaced and steering checked. Brake system overhauled, calipers rebuilt, new pads and fluid. Transmission/chain kit, battery, and Bridgestone Battlax S21 practically new. Numerous original Suzuki parts used during the restoration. Gold wheels, single-seat tail cowl, and spectacular high twin exhaust with MIVV silencers. The sound of the V-Twin with these exhausts is one of the best things about this bike. Very well maintained, with oil changed approximately every 5,000 km. Kept in a private garage, covered with a cover, on stands so the tires are not left resting on the ground, and connected to a battery maintainer. I have photographs of the entire process and can explain the work carried out to genuine interested buyers. Selling due to fatherhood and lack of time to enjoy it as it deserves.
